US Troop Gear has spend many hours analyzing the different options available for shipping customer orders and we have determined that the most cost efficient option when shipping items in a box is Priority Mail (2 to 3 Days) offered by the US Postal System.

Not only is this option for shipping boxes the least expensive for the 2 to 3 day shipping options (UPS or FedEx) it also allow us to ship to a Post Office Box which is quite common.

All Ball Caps and orders over $35.00 will be shipped Priority Mail. Orders such as patches and decals which can fit in a bubble envelop will be shipped via First Class Mail.

When you are checking out you will see a processing fee of $5.50 which will cover the shipping, packaging materials and labor cost to ship your order.

Most orders will be shipped 3 business day after order date.
